2026 POAN Handbooks Available for Preorder
New for 2026: In an effort to reduce printing and storage costs, the Police Officers Association of Nebraska will be offering the POAN Handbook by preorder only.
Handbooks will be printed based on the number of preorders received. We will not have extra copies available for purchase after the preorder period, so if you would like a printed handbook, you must place your order before the deadline.
The POAN Handbook is an excellent reference for Nebraska law enforcement officers and contains valuable information to help you stay informed on applicable laws, procedures, and regulations.
